## Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using OnePOS, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Use License
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use OnePOS for your retail operations, subject to these Terms.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.99% uptime for Premium customers and 99.5% for Lite customers. Maintenance windows are scheduled during off-peak hours when possible.
Payment Terms
- Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually
- Payment is due within 14 days of invoice
- Late payments may result in service suspension
- All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all data you enter into OnePOS. We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our services.
Prohibited Uses
You may not: - Use OnePOS for illegal activities - Attempt to breach security or disrupt services - Reverse engineer or decompile the software - Resell or redistribute OnePOS without authorization
Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days before deletion.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months prior to the claim, except for cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by laws of the State of Delaware. Disputes shall be resolved in Delaware courts.
